The Mount Horeb Spring Art Tour

Now in it’s 7th year, the Spring Art Tour features 21 artists who will open their studios to the public for 3 days in June. This year the open studio event is June 7, 8, 9 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), 10-5 daily.

One of the best things about this tour, besides the art, is the drive out here. A good number of the artists have studios out in the country, and since we live in the hilly, driftless area of Southern Wisconsin, the drive is beautiful. My studio (see S.V. Medaris on the map) is #10, the farthest south on the tour, but I guarantee the drive itself will be worth it!

Saturday: Cutting and printing 2 new reduction relief blocks.

Sunday: 1st of 2 blocks should be nearing completion.
